Actually a gyroscopic mouse.

This is the product I'm wondering about. It's a mouse that can operate in three dimensions via yaw calculations on a gyroscope. I'm curious if anyone has used or seen these used, I did a bit of research a while back and they seem to have gotten good reviews, but I've never talked to any gamers regarding them.

Now that CompUSA is closing the store here, it's 30% off for the keyboard + gyro mouse combo, from $99 to $70. I already have a high-precision gaming mouse w/ gaming mousepad (it DOES make a difference - probably a 70% speed/tracking increase from my previous standard pad) and a pretty great keyboard that I like. I'm just wondering if this would be good to have for when I'm feeling lazy, or when I'm hosting a party or something to control my media player, DVDs, etc. from afar.

Anyone have any thoughts/experiences?
