I reformatted my laptop a month ago or something like that and ever since it stopped playing DVDs. When I put one in I get an error that gives me three things that might be wrong which all really mean I have low video memory. It suggests I need to lower my resolution (doesn't help), another application is stealing my video memory (Nothing is running but background programs and I doubt those use much/any memory) or my driver is incompatable, but I've installed and reinstalled everything.

I've also tried using a differant program but it also gives me a low video memory error; but I was able to play them before :(

Is there anything I can do about this? D:
sounds like a bad video driver, have you downloaded and installed the newest one for your card?

I have them all on a CD (which would be the ones I used last time I installed them) and when I looked online there weren't any updates or anything except one that stopped it from malfunctioning when you're not the administrator or something like that
