Alright I said it before.

I was having a problem connecting to the internet with my PS2. I was told to get a switch box. But the thing is, was the PS2 was having problems going online. It kept giving us a DNS error.

So on a hunch we hooked the PS2 directly up to the cable modem, reset the modem and bam! it worked.

Well we got DSL now, but the damn cable company sent us this cheap single port DSL modem instead of the modem/router with the 4 port switch, which works like magic. We know since we had it before.

That being said now, I got another NIC card installed on my PC (I have two now.) and I hooked everything up and I installed ICS with my PC. Hooked the switch box up to the new NIC card and hooked the PS2 up to the switch box.

It connects to the internet just fine, but we still get a DNS error on the PS2. Further more, as soon as we hook up the switch box, the connection to the normal internet is now lost.

We need some help, please provide some.
