I was going to buy a membership today, then I saw that I have to pay in USD, I don't have $15 USD on my account, just $15 CAD.

I'mn ot sure, but I Thnik they said you can send "foreign" money as long as it equals $15 USD.

I would think PayPal would have some means to do this kind of transaction (though no personal experience), but even so, the real problem is... $15 Canadian is not enough money in American.
