Still, it's not nearly as bad as my old school's old website. They've updated it since I was there, but it the old version was made by the computer-illiterate principal. In Word. Using lots and lots and lots of Comic Sans MS.

Tee hee, I can still log into their intranet with my old password. =P

Edit: HAH! Check out my l33t hax0r skillz: An anonymous message to the admins. It's like graffiti, only it doesn't harm anyone. =P

They need a bright multicolored header with <blink> saying "hi welcome 2 my school!!!!!" Oh, and beneath it they can have a gimmicky hits counter, where all the numbers are represented as characters from Peanuts or something. And don't forget the obligatory "UNDER CONSTRUCTION" animated GIFs sprinkled liberally throughout the page.

Although not that bad, My school's website is pretty bad compared to the district's. However, they NEVER HAVE DECENT SERVERS FOR STUDENT PIN NUMBER REQUEST... grr... umm... *cough* Sorry, but they go for MONTHS at a time without fixing their servers sometimes. Luckely I FINALLY got it and wrote it down.
