How do I put a zip or rar on here with the use of making it into a lib to put on here?

In Dream Maker, choose Build -> Package Files to create a zip file. Then go to the red Publish Games link on the left, add a new hub entry, and follow the steps.

Maybe I should re-say this. I'm trying to put a folder which I made into a rar and put it onto here so I can downlaod all the data from before without having to do it all over again.

You mean like using the BYOND website for temporary storage space? I'd advise against that, especially as that wastes Dantom's space and bandwidth. Get a Geocities account if you just want to store something. =)

If that wasn't what you meant, please rephrase it (again, heh) in more specific and easier-to-understand terms.
