S Tier:
Izuna : Powerful abilities and susanoo. Diverse katon control and ranged techniques. Anti-sub/aoe mass auto-hit for topping off kills. Requires eyes to use susano'o for prolonged durations.
A Tier:
Naruto : Extremely tanky, powerful aoes and survival-skills. Combos into heavy damage and can use a perma-seal ability. Access to greater power.
Sasori : Three-Four lives, poison spam, extreme power. Slow until 3rd form, lacks ranged poison from then on and low gen resist.
B Tier:
Tenten : Bleed-spammer, has heavy diversity and teamwork skills in her cripples and abilities, but no gen resist or raw heavy power.
Pakura : Can do decent damage with all of her skills,
