Descriptive Problem Summary:
Setting animate_movement to NO_STEPS causes a problem where the camera will move the view around but the player's mob will stay in the same spot until you change directions.

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
Create a basic project with a single moveable player mob, set animate_movement to 0. Then move around on the web client.

Does the problem occur:
Every time? Or how often?
It happened when Kaiochao tested it as well.

Workarounds:
I dunno.
I should be clear I was using Safari to run the web client on OS X, however I was hosting the game on Parallels under Windows 10 on the same machine.
Also it appears setting glide_size to the icon size (effectively the same as setting animate_movement to 0 in my case) does not cause this problem.
