It's my first work bigger then 32x32, and about my 4th work overall o.O

It has a Bg because I didn't want to add a water mark, if the Bg make it harder to see or something, just post something related to it and I will post the bgless version

Very nice.
The only issues I have with it are structure.
The arms and feet seem a bit awkward.
The arms appear to have no depth, and the feet look somewhat broken/deformed.

Actually, I'll have to agree with looking into the reference...
It seems like an exact copy but then using Photoshop tools like Cartoon or something.
