Adobe CS2 is always good for animations, just click windows on top and select animation, this will bring up alittle animation maker at the bottem...

As for your animation state, its messy



Suggestion: make the diffrence between each shade greater on the clothing, this will also help with the animation as it will be clearer to tell whats going where lmao...

Edit: almost forgot, when using adobe for animation, use the save for web feature which is just below save as.

I dont really know much about iconing/spriting since I ain't practiced it in ages but I do know a lot about bleach and that icon looks really good and actually looks like a Shinigami.

I really like it and if i had to rank it i'd give it a 10/10.
