Crop comes out wrong in most cases

Issue hasn't been assigned a status value.
When manually adjusting the crop coordinates, I've spent a good bit of time making sure they are multiples of 16, but upon exporting, they are in some cases off by 1 pixel. Not sure what causes it, but it seems to be consistent.

I can tell you what causes it. My sloppy ass code ;) I'll take a look and see if I can find it.
