Issue hasn't been assigned a status value.

Have a option for hub entries to upload a tiny icon which is 16x16 in size which can be used in the headbar.

If the hub entry lacks a tiny icon then resize the small icon.

Currently the images in the headbar resizes the small icon. While this is ok for some images other images have issues like blurring or discolourment.
