It works, huzzah! Lordy that was a lot of headache for something that is simple to most :p a big thanks to all of you for both helping me solve the problem and understand areas a little more than I did before.

Apologies, wrote that snippet on the fly pretty quick. I've edited it for anyone who has the issue in the future. Glad you got things working :)
