This post is two-fold.

I think its stupid that the Captain Commander is able to remove the rank of Royal Guard. It happened this past wipe with Spark and was the reason he remade. One of the most discouraging aspects of the game to train all the way to 425 only to have all your hard work stripped by anyone who is 350+ including a mimic and is a problem that should worry all shinigamis.

On the issue of Royal Guard members themselves. I believe their powers should be given randomly if they are not already. What I've noticed this wipe is that the order in which abilities were given followed as Monk to Weaver in the order of the rankings of the RG. To this end people can keep their levels as 423 or 424 until someone fills in an RG spot that they don't like. This can be prevented by having RG abilities bestowed upon in a random order if they are not already.
