Descriptive Problem Summary:

When the server hosting a game is on beta (with or without the game being compiled on a beta build), but the client is using a stable build, mobs (haven't tested all atoms) are shown with a movement state, even while standing still, not pressing any keys.

Here is a gif demonstrating it.

The situation can't be reproduced in a server using a stable build, even if the game is compiled using the beta.

This happens even with default movement. Not related to any code.

I first thought it was something related to cache so I rebooted the game a few times, manually deleted my cache, manually set the icon and icon_state, set world/cache_lifespan to 0, changed the icon name but nothing worked.

Expected Results:
Standing Still shows the Blank Icon State

Actual Results:
Standing Still shows the Movement Icon State

Does the problem occur:
Every time? Or how often? Every Time
In other games? Yes
In other user accounts? Yes
On other computers? Yes

When does the problem NOT occur?
If I host the game on a server with the stable build.

Did the problem NOT occur in any earlier versions? If so, what was the last version that worked?
I only know the bug doesn't happen on the latest stable atm (510.1347). I don't know if it doesn't happen in older betas.

Workarounds:
None that I know of.
Noticed this as well when I tried hosting Eternia on 511 and joined using 510. Just haven't had the time to throw a proper test together to report it.
