I was thinking of adding looting of corpse of dead or sleeping or even awake players as a thing but i dont have a clue how to do this. Would i just have a grid list populate with their stuff? or spawn on the ground idk what would be the best way to go about this any ideas?
If they die and respawn, you can wipe their inventory after leaving it on the newly created corpse's inventory.
If it drops on the ground, you can make it drop in an object or so with an inventory, or just have each individual object drop to the ground.
All you need is a variable to keep track of inventory contents and you should be set. Just when you loot it, be sure to remove it from one source and add it to another.
