Tan Warren tricked me into doing work with him and came to me with a full design document, approving gifs i showed him of progress, and promising to pay me $200. He has ghosted me and failed to pay me in a reasonable amount of time, so I'm letting anyone else here know to not accept work from him if he is unable to pay a paltry sum of money for work someone poured a lot of effort into. He has access to a phone with a Paypal app, but he just repeatedly apologized and eventually completely dodged me altogether. He is frequently logged into both his Skype and Discord account.
