I really love the new filters, but I really feel you should be able to rotate them, probably via animate(). The drop shadow feature is great, but its a little unfortunate that the shadow isn't upside down, like you would see from a real shadow being cast off an object from the perceptive of most games.

While adding a transform property to the drop shadow would be possible, I rather think that would only be useful for the sort of situation where a shadow was intended to appear on a lower layer than all mobs--which is something filters can't do anyway.
