So when I start up Dream Daemon, the port is set to 0 and changes every time I host. (This didn't happen before I reset my pc from windows 10 to windows 8.1). And when I have Dream Daemon open with a host file inside of it, Byond doesn't show up as one of the options to Port Forward. My ISP is Atnt Uverse.
To forward ports for BYOND, all you have to do is decide on a port to use (use any number from 1024 to 65535), and then allow TCP/UDP traffic through your chosen port, on your router.

Most routers allow you to manually choose a port number to forward. If this is not the case with your router, however, then find your router's model name/number and Google it.
See my post here for reference on how to successfully host BYOND games. It explains the basic process of port-forwarding. You need to know your router/modem's username and password to get into, though.
