Chrono Wars

In the event that I do another update in 4 years time, here is my current todo list:

* Open up a new Age, the Bronze Age.
* Miners reset back to manpower pool when resources have dried up.
* Make customisable "quick >>" for scientists and miners.
* Custom Map
* Snow, Desert maps (graphical only)
* Revert non-human colours to some form of AI after a period of time.
* Option for only AI colours.
* Re-record voices, with the intentional accents.
