Movable skin elements

Issue hasn't been assigned a status value.
So I think it'd be a neat feature if there was an option on skin elements such as childs etc, so they could be moved inside a window.

All elements are already inside either a window or a pane. If you have a child control you can move a pane into it.

I know they are already inside a window. I'm talking about players being able to move a child element, like you can move a window. Clicking and dragging it, etc.
