Descriptive Problem Summary: Jirobo Ikkanzaka shikai does not prevent the user from sheathing the blade, thus allowing the user to use melee moves like Kagamibiraki that splits an opponent while the blades deals damage as well.
Additionally, the user can also continually use the unsheath verb the sword while shikai is active, causing more and more blades to appear around the user.
Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
1: Activate Shikai.
2: Use unsheath verb.
3: Able to use hakuda moves.
1: Activate shikai.
2: Use unsheath verb.
3: Repeat step 2 as many times as desired to make the number of flying blades increase.

this is entirely intentional, it was a feature added a number of wipes ago, as for the hakuda, thats probably intentional too
