Nah I play the same game and they aren't that bright for me. Weird.

Is it possible the lighting plane isn't using a black backdrop? If it isn't, you can get weird inconsistencies.

nvidia GeForce just did an update to their driver to optimize for SOD2 and some games closed beta, so I think that's what caused this weirdness.
