Hanging with turf-based images was still a problem, but was made easier to reproduce by sanity checks added to recent builds. The nature of this fix makes it highly unlikely the hang issue will recur in the future.

Descriptive Problem Summary:

Images on turfs can still cause hangs.

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:

1) Create an image on a visible turf.
2) Wait, then move that image to a null loc.
3) Wait, then move that same image back onto any visible turf.
