This seems like a necessity if anybody wants to ever use the mouse in their games. It's more than common for someone to have multiple monitors, not to mention games that aren't meant to be played in full-screen. I know it's not a high priority kind of feature request, but I've found without it I can't comfortably proceed with mouse controls.

Please let me know your thoughts and the possibility of something like this!
