Descriptive Problem Summary:
Clicking, control-clicking etc on the bottom panel in the new icon editor does nothing.

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
1. Load Dream Maker on 512.1455
2. Open a .dmi file with animation or direction states
3. Attempt to change state, animation delays and so on

Expected Results:
Clicking an icon would allow you to modify that icon, clicking delay modifies delays, other new features.

Actual Results:
Cannot do any of that.

Does the problem occur:
Every time? Or how often?
It has persisted between BYOND and DM restarts.

When does the problem NOT occur?
I have not been able to interact with this panel since the new editor was released.

Did the problem NOT occur in any earlier versions? If so, what was the last version that worked?
This is a new feature added in 512.1455.
