"Infinite loop suspected" messages do not filter thru world/Error()

Descriptive Problem Summary:
world/Error() does not trigger for "Infinite loop suspected" messages keeping servers from logging such messages so they can track down the cause of hangs.

Nadrew	I actually mentioned this in the past at one point. Pretty sure it's because that error isn't actually a runtime error like the others are. As it doesn't crash the proc or anything like that.
