Port Forwarding

So I have port forwarded and done everything I need to be able to host a server, but I keep getting and error message saying "BYOND HUB REPORTS PORT XXXX IS UNABLE TO REACH PLAYERS." Is there a problem with my local firewall on the pc that im using or is it a problem with the router itself? Any help is appreciated

Make sure your IP is static and that your firewall permits the port you're trying to use. Make sure your router correctly rebooted after you made all those changes to it as well.
