No games are showing up when I open up byond

I just downloaded it because a friend recommended me Space Station 13 but the games tab just has an infinite spinning wheel and it doesn't seem like I can add or play any games. I don't know if I have to download the game and I can not figure out if there's an obvious thing I'm missing. Any help is appreciated.

Either you're using a Japanese locale, or there are characters the engine doesn't recognize (like Cyrillic) in your user path. If it's the latter, go to Preferences | Advanced in the pager and change your user data directory to something simple like C:\BYOND.

I have the same problem here. But can explain in more details i'm comfused.
