It's been like this for around 4 days, i've reinstalled it multiple times and cleared presumably any traces of it during an uninstall, i've used CCleaner, but to no avail. it is still broken.

(Image was before uninstall, that's why the replay function was still there.)
I absolutely have no ideas on how to fix this problem, and i need some help on that.

Usually the cause of that is of your locale changed to Japanese, or if you have unusual characters (e.g. Cyrillic) in your user data path. If this only started recently, it's probably your locale.

I'm not in japanese locale or anything but i figured from that that changing the directory would work, and it did, thanks
