new ss13 server saying. port xxxxx cannot be reached by players

so i am making a server, which is alot of fun but i am not good at it so i need help. first off i cant even join the local server because it says the port cant be reached by players how do i fix this? and how do i get my server on the byond hub ( i am making a ss13 server ) running on the tg code

Port forward the. Port and allow it through your firewall

https://portforward.com you should check this out it has many guide that will help you

Also Make sure your firewall inbound and outbound rules are set to allow. Whatever port you are using.
