When I have my Corsair Void Pro RGB Wireless headset plugged in, dream seeker will continuously stop and start responding. I don't want to use a different headset because this one cost 80$ and im not sure if I can return it. It works fine with everything else, but byond seems to take issue to it.
Could it be an issue with your audio drivers?
Most definitely is, because I have the same headset and there's no such issue.
how would I go about fixing my drivers then? ive tried fixing it before and I wasn't able to get anything to change
Did you install the iCUE software that came with the headset? If you did, that piece of software should be straight uninstalled and you will see this problem stop.

As a general rule, never install anything that comes on a CD with a peripheral. It's almost always going to wind up fucking your system up.
yeah I tried uninstalling icue, although the problem seems to persist. should I try installing and uninstalling it?
oh I should probably say that i was using a corsair keyboard and had icue installed before and i only started having issues once i got the headset
confirmed that the game runs perfectly fine without the headset. as soon as I install icue or plug in the headset, however, the game starts acting up
updating my bios didn't fix anything unfortunately, and updating from 1467 to 1472 byond fixes nothing.

some pictures from event viewer, doubt it helps though. please help me with this, im going absolutely mad.
This is not a BYOND problem. You are far better off requesting help on the corsair site.
yeah that's true, I seem to be having issues with Minecraft as well. not sure if they'll help me at all but ill have to try I guess. sorry to be a bother.
