Small update today:
*Fixed rangeformula. It wasn't mistakingly overriding the regular range of the skill
*Added '-Clean-' to all lists, only useable by hosts
*Fixed some issues with skills/etc being unable to be added to the server on a fresh save
*For security issues, list editing will be disabled until the server is fully loaded. This should prevent some issues
*Added 'outofrange' skill parameter, which will trigger a skill when a target is out of range, either through range or rangeformula
*Added custom levelling stat support for skill reqs
*Added custom stat support for artifacts
*Added custom stat support for passive skills
*The world host can now upload files/sounds larger than 0.5MB
