This has happened to a lot of ss13 servers and i don't have any idea on what to do or even why it's happening

3) Your computer specs don't include the graphics adapter. If you are using Intel HD 3000/4000 series graphics, you have reached end of life. There are no further fixes or updates for that particular version of that particular shitheap. If you are running Intel HD 3000/4000 series graphics, find a $30 GPU from 2010 on craig's list and install it. Then install drivers for it. You could staple a gerbil to a playing card and wind up with a better graphics card than any on-board Intel "GPU".
