When I open Byond it says its "Loading information" forever with no progress bar.
I already tried to rename cfg to cfg.old and the file location is all under English characters so that's not the issue.
I'm using windows 10 if that matters, is there any way I can fix this?

This seems to happen if the BYOND user data folder is on a network share, or mounted on the cloud. Some Windows installations apparently have the documents folder in OneDrive. If that's the case, you need to change that.
