I didn't launch BYOND before, i tried to run it with admin commands, uninstalling it and installing it again, and tried both ZIP and EXE versions, and tried restarting my PC. And the problem is still here, please help!
Do you have a Japanese locale? That's infamous for causing problems in BYOND.

Is your BYOND user data directory (defaults to Documents\BYOND) in a network or cloud folder? One user who had problems with the pager found out his Documents folder was for some reason hosted in OneDrive.

Yes! I apparently had my documents folder in my OneDrive, i will try to copy and paste my documents into my user locale
