Fanning the hub via an in built feature?

Hi, is there an in built library which allows a player to register as a fan on the hub?

Example:

Do you wish to fan the hub?

if(yes)
  //the code / function??
if(no)
  return

Could you not use the browser in BYOND and have it direct to the hub page and become a fan that way.

May as well just direct them to the page, he was asking for an automatic method and there isn't one (for good reason)
