11. Repeat steps 3-5 again
12. Now click into the first text box again
13. Press tab
14. Focus shifts to the other text box like it should

Code Snippet (if applicable) to Reproduce Problem:
N/A

Expected Results:
Tabbing shifts focus into the next text box

Actual Results:
Tabbing shifts focus elsewhere (unknown)

Does the problem occur:
Every time? Or how often? Anytime the "home" page of the icon file is loaded. Whether it's freshly opened, or you press the back arrow after finishing editing an icon state.
In other games? N/A
In other user accounts? N/A
On other computers? Yes.

When does the problem NOT occur?
Refocusing back into the text box for the icon size will make the tabbing work again.

Did the problem NOT occur in any earlier versions? If so, what was the last version that worked? (Visit http://www.byond.com/download/build to download old versions for testing.)

Workarounds:
Manually double-clicking into the second text box instead of tabbing, I guess.

Sorry to have let this one go by the wayside for a while, but I'm having trouble reproducing it.

I created a new icon and clicked in the text box for the icon width, but when I do that the tab key correctly takes me to the height box. This contradicts step 5 of your instructions.

For icons that already have states in them, the width and height boxes are of course disabled so I can't click in them.
