Crash on log in for any SS13 server with Application Verifier enabled

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
1. Open Application Verifier (WOW)
2. Pick "Dream Seeker" and check Basic->Heaps
3. Log into any SS13 server
4. Get a crash with heap corruption
