Objs did not properly take their pixel and/or step offsets into account when calculating their "micro-layer", which put them out of sync with mobs. This was mostly only noticeable when the obj's layer was very close to the mob's.

When an obj has step and/or pixel offsets, its layer may be off by a small amount.
