This issue has been resolved.
Descriptive Problem Summary:
Search in Cyrillic is always case-sensitive.

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
1. Create a new .dm file.
2. Enter some cyrillic text. Like "Спасибо за обнову".
3. Try to search the code for "спасибо" with 'Match case' option unselected.

Expected Results:
The string is found.

Actual Results:
"Pattern not found"

When does the problem NOT occur?
When search string's case matches the original ("Спасибо" instead of "спасибо")
Not a bug, lol. It's your mistake because you should have selected "Match case" option so the string would not be found

(cant answer you using cyrillic here dunno why lol, but I'm Russian too so I can confirm this is not a bug)
Search behaves like "Match case" options is always selected, whether it's true or not, only when searching for cyrillic strings.

Keep yourself from correcting others if you can't even read properly.
My bad, you're absolutely right.
