Issue hasn't been assigned a status value.
Descriptive Problem Summary: The F1 reference's topic memory is wildly inconsistent, especially when selecting subtopics that don't exist in the topic tree (like the filters in filter effects), if you select a topic and close the window, open it again you'll go back to your last topic -- unless your last topic was a subtopic, at which point it seems to dump you into the "macro control (skin)" topic when you open the window.

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:

1) Open "Filter Effects" F1 entry.
2) Select any of the filter topics within it.
3) Close F1 window.
4) Open F1 window.

Expected Results:

Window to open with the last thing it had in it.

Actual Results:

Wrong topic loaded.

Did the problem NOT occur in any earlier versions? If so, what was the last version that worked? (Visit http://www.byond.com/download/build to download old versions for testing.)

(Why does the window even need to be reloaded? Why aren't you just hiding it and showing it again? There's no reason to not just leave it loaded, it's not like it uses any memory...)
Seems to only happen if you have a code file open, I think the code that goes to a topic if you have that text selected in the editor is broken.
