Dragonball Climax

It seems that time skip can sometimes permanently activate on people. I've heard it happened twice in the past, but the only one I was directly involved with involved an automatic reboot occurring while he was under the effects of the time skip (Freeze) skill.

The result was this: He was permanently frozen. No matter what I did I was unable to fix this person, and he eventually had to remake his character.

His edit sheet showed nothing relating to time stop, or paralasys. And even giving him the injection to allow him to move in time didn't do anything. Using time freeze and time stop on him also didn't fix the issue.

Either the skill needs to be removed for now, or somehow the bug needs to be fixed. or an admin verb given to remove time freeze.
