Problem description:

I don't know if this is a problem with my source code or not. But just about ever since I updated BYOND to the latest beta build. Flick() hasn't been working, and rarely it will work randomly.

It doesn't seem to be an issue with /obj and only with non-player mobs.

513 didn't change anything about flicks so it's probably the code, but if you can reproduce it reliably in a test project you can always send me the source.
