Display existing color value when editing a control

Issue hasn't been assigned a status value.
- Add an output control to a window.
- Change the background color to something random and OK your way back out so the color is applied
- Edit the output control again.
- Go back into appearance and into background and try to retrieve the color.

Can't be done because the color value is 000000

This is likely to be taken care of in the skin editor update.
