I CAN'T connect to hub.byond.com but i CAN do it using VPN.

Can't ping hub.byond.com
(100% loss)

Who in charge for that? My internet provider or Byond?
Win 10.
Location:Russia

One day i found that i cant connect to hub.byond.com and can't login in byond app.
Some time ago all was perfectly fine.

Some ppl assume that i've been banned from byond.
But how? I'm just playing SS13.

Help plz. Already waiting for answer over the month.

Lummox JR	You have not been banned. This is a problem at your Internet provider's level, or upstream from them. They're the ones you need to contact about it.
