This issue has been resolved.

Descriptive Problem Summary:

If you go to the website it tells you:
"The requested URL /download/build/513/513.1519_byond.exe was not found on this server."

It shows up on the Pager but it does not get the update after clicking to update. And it does not let you know of a problem so it would be a good idea to provide an error there.
