When you create a new dmi file, you typically jump into the size fields. You first click the width field and while you have to do some initial selecting, that's fine. You enter in 128 (a change from whatever is there) and then as a seasoned PC user, you're going to hit tab to go to the height field but it doesn't work. What should happen is that the entire value in the height field is automatically selected so any input will overwrite the existing value.
I did some testing and funny thing is, it only happens when you change the width value from some different value to some new value and then tab. If you click in there without changing it, the tab works as expected.
If you click in there and then get the cursor setup for a backspace so the last character is removed and then tab, it doesn't work. May be that if nothing is selected in the width field that it doesn't work.
