Multiline editing fields in the skin editor, such as output.style, did not have scrollbars, which made editing more difficult.

This issue has been resolved.

Edit map control and navigate to style tab and insert text that goes byond 10 lines and notice no scrollbars show up which makes using this as a stylesheet editor really difficult.
