This is just a little post to give you the incentive to check out your old image folders and see if you have improved on your skills in recent times.

This is all i could find of my art from when i first started pixel art back in 07 to now,and Ive finally settled on an art style that suites me,i must say,its so weird looking at some of my older work compared to what i can do now.i i actually chuckled at all my failed base attempts.heh the transition from my art actually took place over the course of a few months rather than years,<to what is now and I am PROUD OF IT! >:3
PS- i never really was a huge fan of small sprites and most of my work now is on larger scales,96x96 and above XD PSS-for the LAST time I AM NOT CYBERLORD!  -Zane444 | |
I'm not much of a pixel artist, and I try not to be.
I only use DM and MS Paint. I don't go into fancy stuff. I used to take CAD Classes with 3D Modeling. Most of the work I do is intended to be "place holders" for a more talented artist to do my evil bidding. I'm a programmer, and I intend to stay a programmer. Deeefinitely improved as an artist over the years. Expanded beyond illustration, pixel art, and design into acrylic painting and print. Unfortunately I don't have access to my reaaally old uploaded stuff but I have some that go as far back as '06. Of course there's my pixel art stuff which is pretty disgusting up until 2008. Sadly, a sickening amount of my better pixel art was made for clients, so as a courtesy to them, I won't show any of it without their say-so even though maybe 95% of it now belongs do dead projects or projects that never saw the light of day to begin with. Still, they paid for it, and most would rather keep it secret until they release or avoid any risk of being ripped.
